However, cleanliness has been a recurring issue, with initial check-in delays and dirty facilities requiring self-cleaning. The main lake area attracts many outside youths for swimming and football, creating noise and reducing tranquility. Staff are friendly on the phone but often appear businesslike and unempathetic in person, showing little concern during emergencies like whirlwinds. Pitches can be small and marshy, requiring special pegs, and the swimming pool, though larger than photos, lacks the promised slide. The on-site shop has very limited supplies, and the snack bar charges high prices. Dining options are a long drive away. Overall, while some amenities are nice, problems with cleanliness, noise, staff attitude, and basic facilities detract from the experience.
