While the campsite is very popular and advance reservations are recommended, the value for money is considered excellent. However, the dog beach is a letdown — it is situated a fair walk from the site, small, and tucked away in a reedy area. Dogs are tolerated but not allowed on the main beach or in the water. The on-site restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so plan meals accordingly. Some pitches are tightly packed without clear boundaries, which can make the site feel noisy at times. Swimmers must wade about 300 meters out to find deep water. The area offers many cycling opportunities for active exploration. Overall, it is a vibrant and welcoming base for water sports, family holidays, and biking adventures.
