Children are well catered for with a large playground, a smaller one, mini golf, and creative workshops that keep them happily entertained. Dogs are welcome and have access to a dedicated off-leash area for socializing. The on-site shop, though small, is appreciated for stocking daily essentials and offering a fresh bread roll service. Pitches are generously sized and many are subdivided by hedges, providing welcome privacy. The area is perfect for walking tours and exploring nature, though cycling can be challenging due to steep hills nearby. Guests enjoy direct beach access with opportunities for swimming and stand-up paddleboard rentals. Showers are included at no extra cost, which adds to the overall convenience. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but visitors can order pizza, burgers, and hot dogs on site. Some guests have noted that after heavy rain, certain pitches can become waterlogged, indicating drainage could be improved. The scenic hinterland requires a steep climb to reach, which may deter some cyclists. While the site offers a very good value for money overall, some visitors have observed price increases during the booking process. English is not widely spoken except by one staff member, which might pose a minor challenge for international guests.
