Perched with commanding views of the Malvern Hills, this campsite constantly earns high marks for its spotless, well-maintained facilities and exceptionally welcoming owners and staff who go out of their way to help guests, even accommodating late arrivals. The entire site is kept in pristine condition, with particular praise for the regularly cleaned and heated shower and toilet blocks. An on-site clubhouse serves good food and drink, including a popular carvery, and hosts evening entertainment such as bingo, though it is cash-only. Pitches are spacious and many offer water taps and electric hook-ups, but the touring field sits on a noticeable slope that can make leveling caravans, motorhomes, and tents challenging. Guests appreciate the large, fenced dog walking area with beautiful views, and families enjoy the playground, football goals, and tennis court. The river walk nearby is ideal for fishing or paddleboarding, and the location serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. Noise is generally peaceful after 10:30 PM, though some groups have caused occasional disturbances, and the site enforces a security gate requiring a deposit for a late-access fob. No on-site shop or cash machine is available, mobile phone signal can be weak, and WiFi is lacking. Some electric hookups have experienced intermittent issues, but staff are aware and working on them. The limited number of showers can feel stretched during busy periods, and the facilities are a long walk from the touring field. Despite minor drawbacks, the overwhelming majority of feedback is highly positive, emphasizing tranquility, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, with many guests already planning return visits.
