The water park, once a central attraction, now disappoints with only a few working slides and a pool area that resembles a gravel pit. Children's facilities have been neglected, and even the slide park fails to deliver a safe or fun experience. Guests have complained about cold water in showers lasting for days, adding to the overall discomfort. The on-site shop offers a very limited selection, making self-catering difficult for longer stays. While an animation team attempts to engage young children, language barriers can hinder participation.
