Nestled in beautiful surroundings, this campsite offers a serene escape for nature lovers. The on-site Portuguese restaurant impresses with its very good cuisine, making dining a highlight of the stay. Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views that enhance the overall experience. The well-maintained grounds provide a pleasant setting for relaxation and outdoor activities. However, the facility itself feels quite outdated and has suffered from neglect under previous management. New owners were expected to take over in a matter of days, bringing hope for much-needed improvements. Despite its aged appearance, the sanitary block is notably clean, fully functional, and features showers with well-adjustable hot and cold water taps. The lake with a designated swimming area lies a few hundred meters from the site and is currently being expanded by the local municipality. Children will find plenty of play opportunities at the lakeside area. During early summer, the campground was nearly empty, with only a handful of motorhomes present and no other tourists. Guests and locals alike are curious to see what the new ownership will do to revitalize this neglected property. The tranquil environment suits various travel styles, whether you are a couple or a family.
