The sanitary facilities are repeatedly described as outstanding, modern, well-maintained, and clean. Generous pitch sizes in some years accommodate large motorhomes with ease, and many pitches benefit from natural shade under tall oak trees. A small shop provides daily essentials, and a baker visits each morning offering fresh bread and pastries. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Lindau reachable in about 15 minutes by e-scooter and the nearby thermal baths only two kilometers away. Evening entertainment features a beach bar where guests can watch the sunset over the water. The campsite is family-friendly and offers ample recreational opportunities, including swimming, hiking, climbing, and water sports. However, some pitches are described as small and cramped, with caravans placed very close together, raising safety concerns. Certain areas of the grounds can feel overcrowded, and loud music from the pool area has been bothersome for nearby guests. Wi-Fi availability is generally poor or nonexistent, though the operator is reportedly working on improvements. Value for money is questioned by some guests, particularly regarding pricing and the non-acceptance of ACSI cards. The cramped layout in some sections makes the site more suitable for short stays than for longer holidays.
