The steep terrain, with inclines up to 10%, can be challenging even for e-bikes. Reception is located far from the pitches and often unattended, with staff perceived as indifferent. Prices have reportedly increased, and value for money is questionable, especially given the poor condition of amenities. The restaurant is criticized for high prices and insufficient portions, while the beach kiosk has limited stock and the minigolf lacks equipment for rent. Water must be carried to pitches, and electricity is available but can be unreliable. Evening showers often run cold due to high demand, and the path to the facilities is unlit, causing injuries. Wi-Fi coverage is weak, only reliable near reception. Sunbeds by the lake are chronically scarce, often reserved with towels. Despite these drawbacks, the peaceful atmosphere, especially in September, is appreciated. The site is ideal for those seeking rustic naturist camping in a beautiful natural environment. The location and swimming access remain strong highlights, though the nearby historic lighthouse has fallen into disrepair and now houses sheep. Staff friendliness varies, with some guests noting helpfulness and others encountering rudeness. Children and families find limited entertainment and amenities.
