Pitches are considered cramped by some, measuring roughly nine by eight meters, which detracts from comfort for overnight stops. The staff are sometimes noted as friendly and receptive to complaints, yet this does little to offset the fundamental hygiene concerns. The on-site shop receives high marks for its offerings, and there are children's activities and sports amenities available. The washroom upkeep has been called disastrous, with drains not working and supplies like soap and paper towels running out frequently.
