The on-site shop is small and limited, but a Lidl supermarket is just 2.5 km away, and pleasant restaurants are found in nearby Lomma. One reviewer enjoyed a sunny 23°C stay with a powered pitch, noting the sanitary block is compact yet clean. However, serious concerns have been raised about the beach, where an unpleasant, smelly muddy residue made swimming uncomfortable. Hot water ran out on midsummer 2022, forcing campers to wash dishes in ice-cold water, a disappointment given the high season expectations. The toilets and kitchen paper supply were also criticized for insufficient cleaning and care. Overall, while the location has potential, the lack of maintenance and basic services detracts from the experience. A new sanitary building is under construction, though WiFi advertised on the website is unfortunately not available. Staff are friendly but could improve their hospitality skills. Onsite, there is a cozy spot for coffee and a light meal, and several restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The proximity to a golf course and the city of Malmö adds to its appeal. In high season, the sanitary facilities can be insufficient with only three buildings on two locations to serve the entire campsite. During wet weather, many pitches quickly develop puddles, so those seeking shelter should reserve a spot between the two sanitary buildings. The pitches on the sea and road side are completely bare with no vegetation at all, reducing privacy and shade in these areas. Travelers are advised to plan ahead and choose their pitch carefully to avoid discomfort. This campsite also offers a fantastic stopover location, especially for those arriving by ferry, with a seamless late check-in process facilitated by a code sent during the day. The sanitary facilities are excellent, and the pitches boast stunning sea views, providing a superb and efficient experience for a one-night stay.
