This seaside campsite enjoys a beautiful setting right by the water, though the tent area sits behind low dunes so you don't see the sea directly. The beach is covered in natural debris like seaweed, and the seabed is soft underfoot when entering the water. In July, the seawater is pleasantly warm with almost no tide. The tent field can become extremely crowded day after day, with pitches packed tightly together like a festival. It's wise to leave furniture on your pitch, because if you drive away you may not be able to get your vehicle back or retain any outdoor space. Toilets are spread across three locations with a total of 14 units—seven each for men and women. Showers require a purchased card that starts a five-minute flow, and you pay at checkout based on usage. There are only ten showers on the entire campground—five per gender—and they are quite cramped. Cleanliness is reasonable for a beachside site, and while distant traffic noise can be heard, it does not disturb the calm. The surrounding environment is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Despite the dense pitching and limited showers, the sea access and warm water make it an appealing coastal retreat.
