This campsite sits in a state of transition, with significant construction and expansion underway that has left many facilities closed and the surroundings feeling dreary. The once-celebrated pizzeria now serves as a cement mixer, and the swimming pool is more green than inviting. While the staff remain friendly and helpful, campers are relegated to a parking lot with electricity, and the outdated sanitary facilities only offer cold water for washing dishes. The toilets are old, broken, and located a considerable distance from the pitches. On the bright side, the team brings genuine warmth and energy to every interaction, especially with children. The location is ideal for exploring nearby cities, beaches, and local attractions, making it a convenient base for day trips. In its prime, the campsite offered an exceptionally enthusiastic staff who went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. The on-site pizzeria served high-quality, generously topped pizzas that were a standout feature. A football pitch and a supervised swimming pool provided excellent on-site entertainment for young guests. The overall experience was highly recommended for its family-friendly environment and thoughtful amenities. However, as of 2025, the site feels neglected and is not in a state to offer a pleasant camping experience. Guests should be aware that many advertised facilities are currently unavailable or in poor condition.
