Invernahavon Caravan Site
This spacious campsite offers large pitches in a park-like setting, creating a pleasant environment for campers. The toilet block is attractive, fairly new, and well-maintained, ensuring good sanitation facilities. However, there is minimal to no interaction with the owner, and payment is accepted only in cash. Accessing the campsite from the west involves a 4 to 5 mile drive along a very narrow road with few passing places, so a detour via Newtonmore is recommended. The site lies just half a mile from the A9, making it relatively easy to find despite the challenging approach. Overall, the campsite combines generous space with updated facilities, though limited staff contact and cash-only policies may be drawbacks for some visitors. Quietness is generally good, with a peaceful atmosphere that allows for restful stays. Cleanliness is well maintained throughout the grounds and facilities. The value for money is reasonable given the pitch sizes and park-like setting, though some may find the lack of staff interaction a minor inconvenience. The pitches are notably large, providing ample room for various setups and ensuring camper comfort. Road access is somewhat tricky from the west, but the recommended detour via Newtonmore improves the journey significantly.
