The location is superb, with the beach just a short walk away (3 minutes) and easy access to nearby towns like Comacchio via bicycle or scooter rental. The site is very kid-friendly, offering animation programs and a welcoming atmosphere. Dogs are also welcome, and the site is dog-friendly. The pitches are mostly well-shaded by tall trees, providing relief in summer, though some can be muddy or suffer from bird droppings. Amenities include a swimming pool, on-site restaurant (Monalisa is noted for excellent pizza), shop, bar, and laundry facilities. The restaurant and shop may close midday, typical for the region. The sanitary facilities are very clean, though some older washrooms and private sanitary units lack ventilation and can become damp. Pitch sizes vary, with some being small for larger caravans, and ground surfaces may be gravel or dirt instead of grass as advertised. Water and waste connections are available but not always functioning as advertised; some guests noted issues with water supply for motorhomes and hygiene at the waste disposal point. Wifi quality is poor. Mosquitoes and early-morning spraying can be a nuisance. Despite minor issues, the overall value for money is considered very good, with many guests planning to return.
