However, the wash houses are relatively small compared to the size of the site, which could lead to queues during busy periods. The sanitary blocks show their age with broken shower heads, damaged tiles, and faulty taps, and the unisex washroom setup may not suit everyone. Noise can be an issue: permanent campers sometimes party until late, and pool construction causes daytime disturbance. Sports facilities are closed due to damage without advance notice, which can be frustrating. The pitches are spacious but suffer from significant damage and turn into mud when it rains, and guests are instructed on exact positioning of their caravan, limiting flexibility. Fresh water and waste disposal are not available at individual spots, detracting from convenience. Overall value for money is acceptable, especially with an ACSI card, but travelers seeking well-maintained pitches should be aware of the potential for poor ground conditions during wet weather.
