Guests frequently commend the friendly staff for their overall helpfulness, although some feel the sheer size of the site can make interactions feel less personal. The sanitary facilities are well-regarded, featuring good showers and consistent cleaning standards that keep things fresh. A compact on-site reception shop provides a convenient start to the day with fresh bread rolls available each morning. The pitches are shaded by towering pine trees, offering natural beauty and a sense of seclusion, though a few visitors have mentioned occasional falling tree debris. Despite proximity to a road, the campsite remains notably peaceful, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. Its location near the coastal town of Åhus opens up excellent opportunities for exploring the southern Swedish coastline and its many attractions. However, some language barriers with very young reception staff have been noted, and refund policies for early departures due to site conditions can be inflexible. In recent seasons, pricing has come under scrutiny, with guests finding the cost excessively high, particularly for smaller setups like a campervan for two. Frustration has also arisen over misleading or unclear information regarding facilities, such as the promised comfort pitches with water and drainage connections that were not available. The reception staff has at times appeared uninformed about specific site offerings, adding to guest dissatisfaction.
