This campsite offers a well-maintained and well-laid-out environment with excellent location. However, reviews are mixed. The 2022 season was marred by a very negative experience: staff banned baby strollers from washrooms, causing hardship for families. After a door slammed against a stroller, management promised compensation via a voucher that never arrived, and subsequent inquiries were ignored. Sanitary facilities were described as dirty. The atmosphere seemed unfriendly towards families with young children. In contrast, 2023 saw improvement: staff are now consistently praised as very friendly and helpful. Pitches are well-defined with hedges providing good privacy, and many have water and waste connections. The site is lively with seasonal campers, creating a fun atmosphere. Cleanliness is top-notch and the location is excellent. However, value for money is only fair: no ACSI discounts, electricity is metered and paid upon departure, which can feel expensive. Showers have a timer that runs out quickly. Overall, the campsite has notable features including good privacy and cleanliness, but potential visitors should be aware of past issues and extra charges.
