In 2021, the campsite offered a pleasant winter stay with friendly staff and good cleanliness, though it closed during November and December. Its beautiful setting made it suitable for short visits, and travelers were advised to search for the site under its updated name in camping apps. By 2022, feedback turned mixed, with guests complaining about extremely high costs that made the value for money poor. Staff communication was weak, leading to confusion over tent and camper areas, and the lack of clear signage made navigation difficult. Despite these issues, some guests still reported a pleasant overall experience, but no standout positive features were highlighted. The situation worsened dramatically by 2025, where the site became severely overbooked and chaotic, with guests forced to choose their own pitches among tightly packed caravans. Access to washhouses required squeezing between awnings and vehicles, as proper pathways were absent. The toilet block was outdated, overcrowded, musty-smelling, and fell well short of cleanliness standards. Electricity was only available on a few pitches, causing dangerous daisy chains of extension cords across the site. Management provided little oversight, creating an uncontrolled and uncomfortable atmosphere. The campsite's single redeeming feature in 2025 was its excellent road connections, but that alone could not compensate for the many shortcomings. Overall, the experience has become deeply inconsistent, with a steep decline in quality from 2021 to 2025.
