Guests consistently praise the site for being exceptionally well-maintained, peaceful, and spacious, with clean, modern toilet and shower blocks. The staff and owners are repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, often going out of their way to accommodate requests and assist with late arrivals. Many pitches, especially those on the cliff edge, provide generous space and uninterrupted sea views, though some are on sloping ground and may require leveling blocks. Wildlife sightings, including porpoises and rabbits, add to the memorable experience. However, a recurring complaint is the long, unlit walk from touring pitches to the facilities, which can be challenging at night and in poor weather. The chemical disposal point is frequently criticized as dirty, outdated, and inconveniently located far from pitches. Several guests also mention the lack of lighting on access paths, making them hazardous after dark. A major operational issue reported is the blocking of the site's only exit by a crane moving static caravans, causing delays and poor communication from management.
