Guests can enjoy a pleasant stroll into Vitznau, a charming lakeside town, or take the cogwheel railway up to Mount Rigi for a full day of hiking. The return ticket for the railway allows unlimited exploration of the Rigi plateau's scenic trails. When paying by card, choosing the Swiss franc option can save a few euros on exchange fees. One visitor stayed for three nights in a camper van, finding everything else about the site to be excellent.
