This seaside campsite on the Italian Riviera boasts a stunning coastal location with ocean views, particularly from pitches near the water. It serves as an excellent base for cycling excursions along a wonderful bike path on an old railway line. The on-site restaurant consistently earns praise for serving excellent, affordable meals, and fresh bread is available each morning. A converted railway line right next to the camping offers a safe, scenic path for walking or cycling all the way to the town of Imperia. A 24/7 supermarket within walking distance adds convenience for daily supplies. However, the campsite suffers from near-constant road noise due to a major highway running alongside, and a construction site adds further early-morning disturbance. Pitches are frequently described as too small, even when exact vehicle dimensions are provided, often resembling a parking lot with paving stones. Sanitary facilities, though partly new, receive mixed reviews on cleanliness, and the layout can cause rainwater to pool on pitches. The reception staff are repeatedly noted as unfriendly, arrogant, or dismissive, which diminishes the overall experience. Water and waste-water connections are inaccessible on some pitches, and the electricity hookup is limited to 6 amps, which may not power a coffee machine. The nearby beach coves are described as very dirty and difficult to access, particularly for those with reduced mobility, with a steep rocky stairway leading down to the sea. Some guests even observed rats running under their table in the evening. Overall, the natural beauty of the coast and the quality of the food are overshadowed by noise, small pitches, and unwelcoming service, leaving many to feel the site is overpriced for what it offers. The campsite does not accept the ACSI CampingCard, and many guests find the price far too high, especially after September 10.
