The pitches are generally spacious and well-planned, with dedicated water connections and wide access roads that make maneuvering easy. However, young trees provide very little shade, leaving the grounds feeling exposed and lacking in atmosphere. Traffic noise from the adjacent main road is noticeable to some, though many find the site surprisingly peaceful, especially during low season. Facilities are meticulously maintained, with exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious shower and toilet blocks that receive consistent praise. Additional amenities include a children's shower, a dog washing station, laundry facilities, and a small playground near the toilet block. A bar on site offers a pre-order breakfast service, but there is no shop for basic supplies, and the nearest supermarket requires a short drive. The friendly and helpful reception staff speak multiple languages, including French, and accept ACSI discount cards. A significant restriction prohibits driving stakes or spikes into the ground due to underground irrigation and drainage, making the site unsuitable for tents and challenging for awnings; free weights are provided instead. This rule disappoints many campers, particularly in motorhomes, and leads some to leave after just one night. Pitch allocation can be unreliable during peak times, with reports of booked spacious spots being downgraded without refund. The site offers good value for money when using an ACSI card, but full-price rates feel less competitive given the lack of shade and atmosphere. While ideal for a one- or two-night stopover to visit Verona for an arena event or city sightseeing, the campsite lacks a cozy, sociable vibe and has few nearby attractions. A swimming pool is planned but not yet built, and children have limited entertainment options beyond the small playground.
