This seaside campsite has evolved into a consistently welcoming and relaxing destination, widely praised for its friendly owners and staff. The atmosphere is peaceful and rustic, dotted with olive and pomegranate trees, and guests often extend their stays longer than planned. Pitches are spacious, grassy, and shaded, offering ample room for caravans and motorhomes. The on-site taverna is a highlight, serving generous portions of delicious local dishes at affordable prices, sometimes accompanied by live weekend music. Cleanliness is a strong point, with well-maintained sanitary facilities and free hot showers. A small shop provides basic necessities, and fresh bread is available with advance ordering. The site is separated from the sea only by an access road, providing easy access to a sandy or pebble beach. Dogs are welcomed free of charge, with a dedicated shower for cleaning muddy paws. Free electricity and drinking water are provided, along with a service point for waste tanks. While the Wi-Fi can be unreliable and some electric hookups are limited, the overall value for money is excellent. The surroundings are scenic, perfect for cycling and exploring neighboring villages, with a large town and Thermopylae hot springs nearby. Guests appreciate the flexible hospitality, including easy late check-ins, but advise careful attention to billing at checkout. The main drawbacks are occasional noise from dogs and a seaside environment that can suffer from litter and stray dogs, but the campsite itself remains extremely quiet and well-run.
