A bus stop right at the entrance provides regular service to the city center, adding convenience for guests without a car. The staff receive frequent praise for being welcoming, friendly, and helpful, consistently enhancing the experience for many visitors. Sanitary facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, with recently renovated toilets and showers that offer good water pressure and continuous hot water. However, experiences are highly polarized, with some guests describing a very pleasant stay while others are deeply disappointed. Common complaints include cramped pitches that are too small for maneuvering, especially for larger motorhomes, and an abundance of permanent residents whose properties have been described as shacks or slum-like. Noise disturbances from children and long-term guests can be an issue, particularly near the back of the site, although quieter pitches are available in the middle.
