The team, from reception to activity leaders, is repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm family-like environment. A morning bread delivery service is a valued convenience. The on-site restaurant is a highlight, known for tasty food, particularly pizza, in a convivial setting. There is a wide range of organized activities suitable for all ages, including a swimming pool, giant water slides, a floating inflatable structure on the lake, canoe and paddleboard rentals, and lively evening entertainment. A small convenience shop stocks basic provisions, though selection is limited and opening hours may be restricted.
