A small market on the grounds provides daily essentials, and larger supermarkets are a short walk or taxi ride away in Stobreč. Two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, are popular spots, though the adult pool can become overcrowded in peak season. The sanitary facilities are generally kept clean and are serviced multiple times daily, but some guests note that parts are outdated, and during busy periods, long queues for toilets and showers form. The staff receive mixed reviews; many are described as friendly and professional, yet others report unfriendly or overwhelmed personnel, particularly during check-in. Noise is the most consistent drawback, with constant traffic from a busy adjacent road and sounds from nearby sports fields disturbing the peace, even at night.
