Perched on terraced hillsides overlooking the Bay of Volos, this family-run campsite has earned a devoted following for its stunning sea views and genuinely warm hospitality. Guests are greeted personally upon arrival and often whisked to their pitch by golf cart, with staff keenly attentive to individual preferences. The atmosphere is so welcoming that many repeat visitors describe it as "returning home." The on-site tavern, set beautifully by the water, is repeatedly hailed as one of the best in Greece, serving delicious local cuisine at very reasonable prices with occasional live music. A small minimarket stocks daily essentials and fresh bread each morning, while a bakery is just a five-minute bike ride away. The well-maintained grounds feature slate paths, trees providing natural shade, and plentiful fresh-water points with hot water for dishwashing. Sanitary blocks, though slightly dated in earlier accounts, are cleaned several times daily and kept spotless; later reviews note modern, very clean facilities. The small sand-and-pebble beach adjacent to the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and a rocky cove lies on the opposite side. Pitches are arranged on different levels, many offering breathtaking sea views and good privacy, though some spots may lack additional shade in early autumn. The campsite remains tranquil despite its proximity to a road, making it an ideal base for exploring the Pelion region, scenic mountain bike rides, and nearby attractions like Volos and Kato Neo bay. The entirely female-led management in recent years continues a tradition of exceptional service and superb organization. A minor point is that the single toilet block requires a short walk, and laundry machine costs are considered a bit high. Overall, this is a well-kept, quiet haven that consistently ranks among the favorite Greek campsites for couples and families alike.
