From November through February, it operates exclusively on weekends, making it a charming winter getaway for those seeking a brief escape. The limited seasonal schedule adds a touch of exclusivity and encourages planning ahead. Visitors consistently describe the camping experience as very enjoyable, highlighting its suitability for relaxed weekend trips. The friendly environment and compact size make it ideal for a quick recharge without the need for extensive facilities. However, the campsite sits adjacent to a hotel, so guests catch plenty of noise from hotel activities, including children shouting on walkways and regular music evenings. It has many permanent pitches and only 24 tourist spots, which made it feel crowded during the Pentecost weekend. Maneuvering a camper or caravan into the pitches and through the campsite entrance is tricky due to the layout. The swimming pool was closed despite the campground being full, and the site is not directly by the sea. Sanitary facilities are adequate but dated; they are kept clean, though maintenance could be better. The area is full of school trips, adding to the child noise. On the positive side, the nearby Albefura de Valencia is a fantastic birdwatching spot with many heron species. Long traffic jams from Valencia toward walking areas and beaches are common, especially in the afternoon, and the city itself is best avoided by car due to intense congestion. Overall, this campsite appeals most to self-contained travelers and those seeking a weekend winter getaway, though it struggles with noise, crowding, and outdated amenities during busier periods.
