This campsite enjoys an excellent location, being close to both a lake and local shops, with supermarkets easily reachable by bicycle. Guests consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The sanitary facilities have received mixed reviews over the years—while modern and well-maintained one season, they were not kept very clean during another. The presence of dedicated entertainers adds a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors. The campsite offers shady pitches that you can choose yourself, and it sits right beside a huge lake with plenty of lakefront fun. The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous and provides lots of entertainment for children, making it a perfect location for families. The toilet buildings are gender-neutral and very spacious, with large showers that have a good water stream, though they can sometimes be a bit lukewarm. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and there are lovely cycle paths leading to Biscarrosse. Note that the site can get extremely busy, especially during French bank holidays, which may mean lots of children around. Using an ACSI card can get you a great deal at 21 euros a night, but be prepared for high prices at the bar—20 euros for two drinks. Overall, the combination of a convenient location, high cleanliness standards, and warm hospitality makes this a highly recommended destination.
