This campsite offers a relaxing coastal getaway near Lignano Sabbiadoro, with the beach just a short walk away and the town center easily reachable within ten minutes. The location is consistently praised as excellent, providing easy access to the sea and local amenities. On-site amenities include a well-stocked supermarket, a restaurant serving tasty food at reasonable prices, and a pizzeria offering takeaway options. The pool complex is a major draw, featuring a water park with slides that delight children and families, though it can get very crowded during peak season. The campsite is shaded by many pine trees, helping pitches stay cool in summer. The sanitary facilities receive exceptionally high marks for cleanliness, reported as cleaned multiple times daily by dedicated staff. The staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The site is very dog-friendly, with a dedicated dog beach nearby and dog showers available. Multigenerational groups are welcome, and families with children and pets find it ideal. Guests appreciate being able to park directly in front of their bungalow. The overall atmosphere is notably quiet despite many families and dogs, and good quiet hours are enforced. However, during peak holiday periods like Pentecost, large groups of teenagers can cause extreme noise disturbances that significantly impact tranquility. Nighttime noise is a recurring issue, especially from the nearby beach stage and entertainment area, with loud music continuing until late. The pitches themselves are often criticized as cramped and difficult to access for larger motorhomes, with some being uneven or hilly. Access roads and internal paths can be narrow, posing a challenge for wider caravans or motorhomes. WiFi is extremely slow and unreliable, useless for streaming. Mosquitoes are reported as a persistent problem on site. Some mobile homes are reported as dated and worn, with issues like poor sound insulation and musty smells. The animation program is considered weak and repetitive, with mediocre evening shows. Pricing is seen as high for low season, with extra charges for a second vehicle. The walk to the beach, though scenic, is considered too long by some. Despite these drawbacks, the majority of guests report a very pleasant stay and many express a wish to return, particularly outside peak season when free pitch selection is allowed.
