The campsite itself features spacious pitches, especially on the main field, and is very quiet outside peak seasons. However, it suffers from significant issues: prices have more than doubled from 2023 to 2024, with additional fees for swimming pool access and dynamic pricing that increases during busy periods. The playground is old and partly broken, and the campsite lacks entertainment and child-focused features, making it not particularly kid-friendly. Off-season, large groups like school classes may disrupt tranquility. Sanitary facilities are clean but old, with some areas having unstable floors. The site has many permanent guests, so during the week it can be very quiet, leaving few children for your kids to play with. Recently, safety concerns have emerged, with reports of dangerously loose dogs, including pit bulls and German shepherds, causing serious incidents, and security staff avoiding intervention. Reception staff are described as too young to have authority. Dog owners are advised to avoid this site due to out-of-control pets. The associated Center Parcs offers excellent swimming pools and amenities, but prices there are reportedly very high. The campground itself has no water supply or waste disposal. Many guests feel the operators are exploiting the situation, leading to a loss of the former enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, while the location remains a strong draw, the campsite has seen a significant decline in value for money, maintenance, and trust, requiring careful consideration before booking.
