Spacious pitches are another frequently highlighted feature, often shaded by trees or netting and capable of accommodating large campervans up to nine metres. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with sanitary facilities described as clean and well-maintained, though some find the cubicles cramped and note that regular cleaning can falter during busy weekends. The sanitary blocks offer modern fixtures but may involve a long walk from certain pitches. The swimming pool, though sometimes unheated, is considered good and includes a pleasant bar with lifeguard supervision. The pool area is a popular social hub, while the beach itself is perfect for swimming, long walks, and dog-friendly sections just a short distance away. The site is notably dog-friendly, even waiving fees for canine guests, but this leads to frequent complaints about dog waste left on pitches, pathways, and the main beach, with some owners ignoring designated areas. Excessive noise is a recurring issue, particularly during weekends and high season, when children's play, speeding bicycles, electric scooters, and loud parties continue late into the night. The on-site restaurant has often been closed for renovation or holiday periods, and the shop is likewise absent, meaning guests must venture off-site for all meals and groceries. The pitches offer varying shade, from full coverage to natural sun, though privacy can be minimal when camping is dense and hedges are removed.
