While the beach can become crowded due to nearby hotels, the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. The campsite is welcoming to newcomers, making them feel part of the family. However, there is no dedicated dog walking area, which may be a drawback for pet owners. Many guests return for multiple visits, highlighting its consistent quality and appeal. The campsite enjoys a beautiful location with direct access to the sea and a private small beach, just a minute's walk from the water. The surrounding area features many lovely coves and a scenic 4.6 km promenade, while the nearby town of Rabac offers all necessities within walking distance along the coast. The market hall in Labin is also worth a visit. Guests appreciate the spacious, nature-rich pitches and the quiet, family-like atmosphere. On-site amenities include two restaurants and a supermarket, and prices for food, drinks, and groceries are reasonable. The showers and toilets are modern and very tidy. While the site is suitable for walking, cycling is less ideal due to the hilly terrain. The campsite offers friendly and helpful staff during check-in, making a positive first impression. However, the on-site restaurant has reportedly declined in quality, with meals not meeting previous standards. Some of the sanitary facilities are outdated and could benefit from renovation. On a positive note, the surrounding area is beautiful and ideal for walks, providing a pleasant natural environment. A couple who stayed for ten days in June had a wonderful experience and expressed a desire to return, indicating overall satisfaction despite the mentioned drawbacks. The campsite seems well-suited for guests who enjoy nature and outdoor activities, though improvements in dining and amenities would enhance the experience. Guests staying for 11 days felt very comfortable, and the campsite adhered to all ACSI specifications. During the pre-season, visitors can freely choose their pitch and the ACSI card is accepted everywhere. Pitches are located under beautiful olive trees, but the view of three large hotel complexes may take some getting used to. While the tourist crowd was manageable in the low season, the high season is likely much busier. The area offers a worthwhile hike up to the town of Labin (1.5 hours, 300 meters elevation gain). The nearby promenade is lively with restaurants and souvenir shops, so this campsite is not suitable for those seeking peace and solitude. This campsite has been established for 40 years, offering excellent care and very helpful staff. Guests consistently praise the high level of service and express a desire to return.
