Its location is a double-edged sword: a nearby sandy beach is a highlight, though you must descend a hundred steps to reach it, and the train station is conveniently close for day trips to Gdansk. However, the site sits near a main road, and in recent years traffic noise has become a persistent issue that can disrupt sleep, especially for tent campers. The tent area itself is on the small side and turns muddy when it rains, which is far from ideal for families with kids. On the plus side, a Lidl supermarket is within easy walking distance for groceries, and an ATM is located just outside the reception for local currency. The on-site restaurant received decent reviews in earlier years but has since closed or gone unsampled. Service is consistently described as extremely friendly, which helps smooth over some rough edges. Cleanliness has been excellent in the past but has slipped to average in more recent visits. Value for money remains good overall, especially given the reasonable rates for a coastal location. Payment is cash-only on-site, so plan accordingly. The sanitary facilities could use an upgrade to meet expectations. Despite some drawbacks, visitors have left satisfied after stays of up to five days.
