Set in the heart of the Ardèche, this campsite rewards guests with spectacular panoramic views over the Coiron mountains and a charming old railway bridge. The site is divided into two sections: a newer area and an older one perched on sloping ground, whose pitches can be noticeably uneven, though all are kept impeccably neat and clean. Pitches are exceptionally generous, often around 180 square metres, giving everyone plenty of personal space, and many feature a pergola that provides shade while allowing a cooling breeze. Some pitches lie right by the river, where you can relax on loungers surrounded by nature. The swimming pool is a major highlight: a large, attractive pool surrounded by comfortable loungers, plus a natural swimming pool for a more organic experience, and a water park with heated pools, slides, and a lazy river. There is also a jacuzzi with a bar and terrace. Children are well catered for with a lively animation programme during high season, and the river offers an additional swimming option. The on-site restaurant serves tasty dishes using local products and hosts weekly communal BBQ or paella evenings with music, all enjoyed from a terrace overlooking the old bridge. Staff and the Dutch owner are consistently described as friendly and welcoming, providing thorough information about local markets and activities. Wi‑Fi is available as a paid package and is considered expensive. The sanitary facilities are clean, though toilets and showers are not separated by gender. The campsite can become quite busy in peak summer, but it remains a peaceful retreat thanks to its location away from main roads. The surrounding area offers plenty of hiking opportunities, and the nearby village of Vogüé is renowned as one of the most beautiful in the Ardèche. On the whole, this family‑run site offers spacious pitches, lovely views, great swimming options, and a warm, personal touch, making it a popular choice for repeated visits.
