Visitors in the late season describe it as a unique experience, with the toilet building standing out as a standout architectural feature that surpasses many others. The reception is notably friendly, and the site is regarded as the best family-friendly campground in the area, boasting picturesque views of Mont Ventoux. A beautiful swimming pool adds to the appeal, though access for large motorhomes can be challenging due to narrow roads. Noise levels can be problematic, with groups celebrating until 2 AM in some seasons, making sleep difficult and leading some guests to leave early. The campsite lacks a shuttle service to town, being located 4 km from Vaison-la-Romaine. In September, a good balance of sun and shade is found on somewhat small pitches. The on-site restaurant, though simple, is useful for grabbing a snack, with a pizza oven appearing a few times a week. However, the restaurant also doubles as a local pub that can be noisy until early morning. A major drawback is the consistently cold or lukewarm showers, which the staff attempted to fix without success. Wi-Fi is unreliable or nonexistent on the pitch, which can be frustrating. Overgrown hedges make some access lanes narrow and reduce usable space on the otherwise generous pitches. The staff is friendly, and the campsite is well-located for cycling in the Rhône Valley and visiting Vaison-la-Romaine. Overall, it is a decent base for exploring the area, but amenities like hot showers and reliable internet need improvement for a comfortable stay.
