Guests consistently praise the stunning mountain views and beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming upon arrival. The swimming pool is a highlight, though some note it is small and the surrounding pebbled surface is uncomfortable. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, with tidy pitches and regularly cleaned sanitary blocks. The pitches are spacious and shaded, often separated by hedges for privacy. However, mobile homes and chalets are placed very close together, significantly reducing privacy. The sanitary facilities lack toilet seats and sometimes have inconsistent hot water or dangerous temperature fluctuations. Wi-Fi is not included and must be paid for, and it is reportedly poor or unusable. The restaurant and snack bar have limited hours, often closed early in the season, and do not serve morning coffee. The on-site pool is nice but not large; previously free access to the municipal pool has been discontinued. A few guests experienced billing issues, such as not being refunded cancellation fees.
