Nestled in a garden-like setting, this campsite charms with its peaceful atmosphere and welcoming service. The friendly owner is known for offering excellent tips on exploring the surrounding area, making it a great base for cycling trips to Nice, Antibes, and Vence. Pitches are well laid out, though not overly large, and provide a pleasant camping experience. The sanitary facilities present a contrast: toilets are outdated, with low seats and traditional squat-style holes, while the showers are spacious, newly renovated, and deliver reliable hot water. Note that payment is cash-only. Off-season rates are reasonable, but some guests find the overall price a bit high for the amenities offered. The electrical hookups may be insufficient for high demand and come at an extra daily fee. Guests should bring their own toilet paper or purchase it on-site. The swimming pool, though sometimes closed or blocked off, is a pleasant feature when open, with a path leading to it. For fresh bread and supplies, a nearby Lidl supermarket is conveniently close. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful, offering advice on reaching towns and train stations. A bus stops by the supermarket for those without bikes. The campsite has a family-friendly character and many guests say they would happily return. Despite some dated amenities, the overall experience is positive, with good access to local shops and destinations.
