Camping le Bois Flottant offers a true escape into nature, where peace and quiet set the tone for your entire stay. Nestled away from highways and city noise, this authentic campsite lets you wake to the gentle sounds of a flowing river, birdsong, and rustling leaves. It's an ideal destination for travelers seeking a back-to-basics holiday in a pristine environment. The campsite spans 3.2 hectares at an altitude of 275 meters, with 47 touring pitches ranging from 112 to 140 square meters. Pitches can be equipped with electricity if needed, and easy river access is a highlight. Two rental accommodations are available, including a Lodge Tent designed for intimate stays. The Lodge Tent features a 160×200 double bed, a sofa bed, a dresser, and a refrigerator, plus a private terrace with barbecue, table, and chairs. From the terrace, you enjoy direct views and access to the river, adding a soothing melody at bedtime. Please note pets are not allowed in the Lodge Tent. The campsite is open from April 1 to September 30. Guide prices start at €21.00 and go up to €29.00. The site is suitable for guests with disabilities and has been inspected annually by the ACSI team for quality and safety. Inspector Mr. Ph.P. Cappetti evaluates over 200 points each year to maintain high standards. This is not a naturist campsite. The atmosphere is tranquil and family-friendly, with a focus on unwinding in nature. While the environment is rustic, modern comforts like electricity hookups are available on request. The river provides a natural focal point for relaxation and recreation. The campsite's secluded location ensures minimal disturbance from outside noise. The Lodge Tent option adds a touch of glamping without losing the natural charm. Overall, this is a place where simplicity and serenity are the main attractions.
