This campsite enjoys a beautiful location with terraced pitches and lovely views over a small lake, making it a scenic base for exploring the surrounding area. The dedicated family owners are present from early morning until late evening, offering friendly and helpful service, including assistance with maneuvering caravans up steep paved paths using a jeep. Guests consistently praise the owners' genuine care and local tips. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals that receive high marks from visitors. However, the site suffers from significant maintenance and cleanliness issues that have persisted across recent years. The sanitary facilities are outdated, with broken taps, inconsistent water pressure, and push-button showers that require constant pressing. Toilet paper and towel hooks are not provided, and the women's restroom hand-dryer has been reported broken. Cleaning is infrequent, leaving dirty toilets and washing-up sinks unattended for days. The WiFi router has been non-functional since at least August, with similar problems noted in previous years. A planned pool renovation was not communicated to booked guests, and the swimming pool remains unavailable. Daytime noise from a busy road alongside the campsite can be audible. Despite these drawbacks, the area offers excellent walking and cycling routes around the lake, enjoyable local dining spots, and easy access to Bergamo's attractions. A supermarket is located in nearby Endine. Overall, while the location and staff are commendable, the lack of upkeep significantly detracts from the camping experience.
