Spacious pitches sit beneath beautiful mulberry trees, offering generous shade and a relaxed feel for camping holidays. The swimming pool is a delightful highlight, attractively decorated and open from early April, with plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean rays. Sanitary facilities are simple yet kept spotlessly clean, although a few visitors note the absence of toilet seats—a common local quirk. Fresh baguettes are delivered daily to pitches, and the on-site restaurant wins praise for its tasty pizzas, which are also available for takeaway. The campsite is perfectly placed for exploring the region: a superb bike path leads directly to Avignon’s historic centre, just 10 kilometres away, and to charming Provençal villages. Cyclists find excellent mountain bike trails and scenic routes right from the doorstep, while two large supermarkets are within easy cycling distance for self-catering supplies. The atmosphere remains wonderfully peaceful and international, with many Dutch travellers adding to the sociable, relaxed vibe. Organized entertainment is limited, but the site’s calm character appeals to those seeking a quiet base. Accessibility is well handled, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Dogs are welcome, and a pleasant walking area across the road offers a convenient spot for evening strolls. Regular guests return year after year, drawn by the excellent value and the owners’ constant efforts to improve facilities, including new mobile homes and thoughtful touches.
