This campsite is a tidy and sociable base near Avignon, popular with French families and a few Dutch visitors. It offers easy access to the autoroute du Soleil and attractions such as Orange and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The reception staff are consistently praised for their friendly and helpful manner, making check-in and inquiries a pleasant experience. Pitches are generally level and spacious, with many surrounded by flowering Oleander bushes that provide a sense of privacy and seclusion. However, some tent pitches are on gravel and can be dusty, and a few guests found their pitch smaller than advertised. The sanitary facilities receive mixed reviews: while hot showers and clean wash-up areas are appreciated, some cubicles lack soap and toilet paper, and the push-button showers may cut off after just a few seconds. The swimming pool is a highlight, though it is on the smaller side and can become crowded when non-campers visit. Children enjoy the pool slide and organized activities like volleyball and painting. Evening entertainment often features food trucks, live bands, and karaoke, which can be lively and last past midnight, potentially disturbing light sleepers. Road noise from the nearby highway is noticeable but not overwhelming for most. The site is well positioned for cycling, with easy bike access to local shops and vineyards. Essential supplies and fresh bread are available to order, but without a car, sightseeing is difficult as there is no bus link and taxis into Avignon are expensive. A resident dog that roams freely in the evenings has left droppings around pitches, which some guests found concerning. The campsite is especially well suited to young families seeking a friendly base, though it may not suit those wanting complete quiet or grassy tent pitches.
