Across recent visits, the campsite has consistently impressed with its spacious pitches, giving guests ample room to spread out and choose their own spot. The friendliness of the staff stands out as a highlight, often making it easy to extend a stay from two nights to three due to the abundance of local attractions. The river beside the campsite provides a stunning swimming experience, complementing an indoor pool that is warm, though the main pool and outdoor baby pool can be too cold for infants. Sanitary facilities include two toilet blocks: one modern and well-maintained with excellent showers and warm water at sinks, while the other feels older and less clean, lacking warm water at sinks and shelf space in shower cubicles. Families with babies may find the site impractical due to the absence of changing tables. A large playground with ping-pong tables caters to older children, but wandering cats require careful trash management. The campsite lacks a shop and bakery on site—fresh bread can be sourced from the nearby village center, and a baker, supermarket, and restaurants are all within a ten-minute walk, though the restaurant does not open until July. Nearby, the town of Boltaña offers a rewarding walk to castle ruins, while Aínsa, a short drive away, charms with lovely restaurants. For hiking, the campsite provides no information, so the tourist office in Aínsa is recommended; mountain-biking routes are abundant, and standout hikes like Cola de Caballo are a 30–45 minute drive away. The campsite is an excellent base for exploring the area, with quietness and spacious pitches ensuring a serene retreat. Overall, it offers a memorable experience for those seeking a blend of natural beauty, friendly service, and easy access to local attractions.
