Pitches are generally spacious, though the ground is sandy, and sand can cling to shoes and vehicles due to sticky sap from trees. The site can be very windy and dusty, but staff regularly water the sandy paths to keep dust down, which complements the authentic atmosphere. The swimming pool is a welcome relief during hot weather, with a pleasant small lawn and loungers. Sanitary facilities are dated but consistently clean, with warm water and motion-sensor lighting that turns off quickly, requiring some waving to reactivate. The on-site restaurant serves appealing food, though service can be slow, and there is a small shop for essential groceries. Staff are notably friendly and helpful, and reception can easily arrange guided excursions through Doñana National Park, including 4x4 tours that pick up directly at the site. Free Wi-Fi is available but can be practically unusable. The atmosphere is very quiet and beautiful, making it a relaxing retreat.
