Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, with German-speaking team members easing communication for international guests. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. However, sanitary facilities are a notable weakness — there is only one main washblock, leading to long walks for campers near the beach, and cleanliness varies. Basic amenities like soap and toilet paper are often missing, and showers have drawn complaints. Check-in can be disorganized, and the site enforces a strict midday closure from 13:00 to 16:00. Check-out times are rigid, with no option for late departure even if paid. The beach is mostly pebbly, making water entry rocky; water shoes are recommended. Sunbed access is limited, with most reserved for VIP guests. Dog owners face restrictions, as dogs are prohibited on the main beach during the day and the designated dog beach is far away. Pitches can be small for large motorhomes and lack dedicated wastewater connections. Despite these drawbacks, the natural setting, excellent pool, and welcoming staff make this a popular coastal retreat, especially in the pre-season when it is pleasantly quiet. Overall value for money is considered good, though some mention that warm water for rinsing could be improved.
