Nestled on a hillside, this campsite offers spacious, well-distributed pitches, including four large paved spots at the top with both electricity and water hookups. The sanitary facilities have been recently renovated, now clean and modern, with no squat toilets in the upper building. A pleasant forest location provides a peaceful atmosphere, and the vibrant heart of a beautiful, lively village is just a two-minute walk away. An Aldi supermarket is only 550 meters from the site, adding convenience for daily needs. The campsite is impeccably clean, with exceptional maintenance of the grounds that contributes to a comfortable stay. Guests consistently praise the pristine condition, which makes it a delightful stopover for travelers passing through. The location balances easy access to village amenities with a tranquil camping experience, ideal for exploring local life. The on-site restaurant is a standout, run by a young team offering an interesting menu that draws diners from the surrounding area; reservations are highly recommended. Early-season visitors, however, may find the site unprepared, with the swimming pool closed and looking much smaller than photos suggest. In June, toilets and showers may be shut, requiring a walk to the main house—an inconvenience for those with mobility issues. Pitches can feel tired and in need of cleaning and maintenance upgrades, which detracts from the overall experience. Road noise from a nearby highway can become bothersome, especially at night when the wind blows in a certain direction. Despite these drawbacks, the combination of generous pitch sizes, updated amenities, and superb dining makes for a comfortable stay. The campsite is highly regarded for its cleanliness and charming setting, whether for a short visit or a longer exploration.
