This campsite leaves a dual impression depending on when you visit. Those stopping for just one night have found it surprisingly appealing, even considering a longer return trip. The staff in earlier seasons were notably friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. Sanitary facilities once met exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. The overall ambiance invited relaxation and left a lasting positive memory. However, more recent visits paint a very different picture. The sanitary blocks, though nearly new, are often left in a messy state by guests. Reception staff now greet visitors with a brusque and unfriendly attitude, a stark contrast to earlier reports. Pitches have become very small and offer no shade, exposing guests to full sun. There is barely enough space for a car, let alone an awning or other gear. Trains passing nearby are clearly audible throughout the day, disrupting the peace and quiet. The site no longer offers a bread ordering service, and provisions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This policy often leaves latecomers without supplies. The overall experience is now marred by cramped, sunny pitches, noise, and a lack of thoughtful service. As a result, what was once a welcoming retreat has become a less relaxing and more stressful location.
