Its peaceful, remote setting provides a quiet escape for tent campers and caravan guests. The on-site restaurant serves tasty, recommended meals, adding convenience to the stay. The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, with mentions of going out of their way to assist guests. The sanitary facilities, including toilets and showers, have historically been praised for cleanliness and availability of paper. However, recent reports indicate significant decline: the facilities appear outdated, with lukewarm dishwashing water and unreliable hot water. Toilet paper runs out, showers have lights that turn off automatically, and female guests in the rear area find nighttime walks unsafe due to poor lighting.
