This seaside campsite near Parga occupies a stunning bay with direct beach access and clear waters, set apart from mass tourism by its remote location. The narrow access road is extremely steep with hairpin turns, and the terrain inside is uneven and uphill. Over recent years, the site has undergone changes that have disappointed long-time visitors, including the removal of front camping spots to expand the restaurant and add a pool. Sanitary facilities are a persistent issue: many toilets lack seats and locks, showers often have only cold water (warm water only in limited areas or after 18:00), and cleanliness is poor, with reports of never being cleaned. The renovated washhouses look nice but suffer from design flaws like shower water flooding walkways and overflowing basins. The supermarket, once well-stocked, now lacks fresh produce, and the restaurant, though serving tasty food, has become overpriced. Staff are frequently described as polite and friendly, but unhelpful regarding facility issues, and the site enforces cash-only payments, especially when using ACSI discounts. Campers often feel deprioritized compared to hotel guests, who receive free shuttle service and sunbed access, while campers must pay for sunbeds. The beach, however, remains a highlight with lovely sand and clear water. Despite its natural appeal, the campsite has significantly declined in maintenance and value, with many visitors leaving after just one night. The overall experience is marred by neglect, impractical renovations, and a sense that campers are not truly welcome.
