This campsite has evolved over the years from a troubled spot to a highly regarded destination. In its early days, guests faced ongoing construction, unfinished facilities, and a lack of shade, with limited 6-amp electrical hookups causing power issues and a road location affecting peace. However, subsequent years brought dramatic improvements: spacious, level pitches with 10-amp hookups, and plans for TV and water connections. The sanitary facilities became a standout feature, praised as hotel-quality, exceptionally clean, and with heated showers upon request. Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. The on-site restaurant, initially under construction, now serves tasty food, though quality can sometimes be inconsistent. A small swimming pool exists, with a larger one planned, and a playground adds family appeal. The surrounding area offers beautiful scenery, with Valderrobres village nearby, walking routes in Beceite, and a scenic waterfall. WiFi is free and reliable, and the site is peaceful, especially in October and at night. Larger pitches and some shaded spots make for comfortable stays. A few permanent pitches remain, but the overall atmosphere is warm and professional. The site combines excellent amenities with easy access to outdoor activities, making it a solid choice for nature lovers. Many guests express a strong desire to return, citing the combination of excellent amenities, quiet environment, and attentive service. The campsite has clearly transformed into a well-maintained and tranquil base for exploring the region.
